Can You Believe it is August?
Seriously, this year is flying by and last month was no different!

On the horse front, we were at the Sacramento Horse Expo in California, the NRHA Derby in Oklahoma, Oregon Reining Horse Association Show in Oregon, and the Sonoita Horse Show in Arizona. Mucki and I visited sponsored riders, spent time with friends, checked in on trainers, dealers, and customers using Excel Supplements, and – a little brag – Lil’ Man won the Sonoita Horse Show Reserve Grand Championship in Halter! I LOVE my Lil’ Man!

On the home front, we turned a dangerous situation into good and birthed baby goats. We saw fireworks light up the night, watched a 4th of July parade go through downtown Arivaca, had a couple of little brandings on the ranch, and celebrated my daughter, Keeley’s birthday. And yes, witnessed the power and beauty of mother nature as she kickstarted monsoon season and brought life back to the desert!

And finally, on the Rodan & Fields front, Mucki and I spent time with new Consultants Chrissa Westbrooks and Shelly Lay. Welcome to the team ladies! R+F continues to help our skin while introducing a new product, Active Hydration Body Replenish! And the best part had a $200 product give-away raffle, wine & cheese events, Facebook drawing winners, and gave out handfuls of Glow Pack and Beyond the Shave samples to those emailing in and crossing our trail.
